Your seller and products

Novaxia LLC sells KLYTERO vacuums, robot cleaners and related accessories. Review the model, selected options, included components, compatible surfaces and electrical ratings before purchasing. Features differ by model; product descriptions govern your selection.

Prices and orders

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, discounts and the final total appear before payment. Use accurate delivery details and an authorized payment method. We may verify orders to prevent fraud. If availability or a material error affects an order, we will explain your options; no substitutions or price increases without agreement.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Standard shipping to the USA and Australia is free, with no minimum order. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit 7–10 business days after dispatch. Consult our Shipping policy and Refund policy for full conditions, cancellations and fault remedies.

Safe use and rights

Follow the supplied instructions, charging requirements and maintenance guidance. Never assume a dry vacuum can collect liquids. Robot mop suitability depends on the surface. Any commercial warranty must be expressly stated. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights.
