Shipping to the USA and Australia

We offer free standard shipping to the USA and Australia on every order, with no minimum purchase. Orders ship from China, separately from our registered company address.

Estimated arrival

Preparation takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 7–10 business days after dispatch: allow 8–12 business days overall. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays. Weather or carrier disruptions may affect estimates.

Tracking and assistance

Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Contact us if tracking is incorrect or delivery is overdue. Check your address before ordering; corrections may be impossible after dispatch. Contact us before buying if checkout does not accept your address.

Delays and missing parcels

If dispatch is delayed, we will provide an update and explain cancellation and refund options, obtaining consent where required to continue. We will investigate missing, damaged or incorrectly marked delivered parcels with the carrier. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.
