Returning your order

Request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days, counted from the day after delivery, or after the final item arrives. Then ship it back within 14 days of notifying us. Keep packaging, accessories and components. Inspect only as needed to assess the product; avoid further cleaning use or modifications.

Costs and faults

You pay tracked return postage for a change of mind. We cover necessary return shipping for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. No restocking fees or deduction of our original free standard shipping cost applies. Notify us promptly about damage, preferably within 48 hours; this does not shorten your legal rights. Report a fault, damage or material misdescription within 30 days for a full refund; longer legal remedies remain available.

Refunds and exchanges

Eligible refunds include applicable taxes and are issued within 14 calendar days of receiving the return or reliable shipment evidence, whichever comes first. Refunds use the original payment method where possible; banks may take another 5–10 business days. Change-of-mind postage is not reimbursed. No direct exchanges: request a return and reorder. Contact us promptly for cancellation before dispatch.
